Adam was a co-founder of Wildpress. An award-winning apple juice company on a mission to preserve heritage British apple varieties and wild traditional orchards. Wildpress is sold in in Gail’s, Fortnum & Mason, Tate & Selfridges amongst others.

Adam is also co-founder of Pinchful. A salt for the 21st century, sourced from the Chilean Atacama. Each grain dries under the desert sun and is naturally low-sodium. Easier on your heart and great on your chips. Win win.
